Once your registration has been processed, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation. If you cannot find it, the email is probably in your spam, promotions or unwanted email folder. To receive our communications, please make sure to approve the email sender.

GRANT

You want to register to the congress thanks to a GRANT from the event industry sponsors.
Just one-click on « individual registration » or « I am a speaker ».

If you area physician and you are eligible – depending on the criteria required by the industry – your participation costs will be covered including your registration fee, and your accommodation and your travel arrangement (1500€ in economic class).

If you are a fellow or a resident and you are eligible – depending on the criteria required by the industry – your participation costs will be covered including your registration fee. You will have to manage your accommodation and your travel arrangement  (Max 1000€ for both per Resident & Fellow)

Be Careful, all costs related to transfer, taxis, public transportation, parking, toll, gas, and lunch will NOT be covered. 

Depending on the moment of your registration, the total amount necessary to cover your participation might not be available, in which case you will be kindly required to pay for the corresponding balance.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: you must first of all pay the deposit to be able to select the free registration and housing. That's why we strongly recommend that you pay the deposit by credit card in order to make sure the funds are available. The deposit will be reimbursed after the congress except in case of no-show.


I AM ALREADY REGISTERED: you want to continue, amend or settle your participation (or your guests') or view your account and/or your participation in the event (or your guests').

CANCELLATION must be notified in writing to our agency one month before the event at the very latest. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to any refund granted until this deadline.

Registering to the congress implies that you agree to have your personal information (surname, first name and country only) sent to the industry sponsors.
