PLEASE READ ALL THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

Once your registration has been processed, you will automatically receive a
confirmation e-mail. If you can't find it, the e-mail is probably in
your spam, promotions or junk e-mail folder.

Letter of invitation, VISA request, please register for the congress, either by
creating an account or by logging directly onto your customer area.
You'll find your invitation letter in the “My documents” tab.

Certificate of attendance, which will be e-mailed to you one week after the congress.

Registration confirmation and invoice: you can find them in your documents in your customer area.

You wish to continue, modify or settle your participation (or that of your guests) or consult your account and/or your participation in the event (or that of your guests).

You must pay for one or more participants (ether or not you are included).
To make sure you receive all the documents, please register YOUR details as “event contact”, first and foremost giving YOUR email address and billing details.
You can then add your guests' accounts, including THEIR email address, type of participation and contact details.

Don't hesitate to send us a request for a detailed procedure to help you set up a “sponsored registration”.
- Participants' e-mails are mandatory to obtain the certificate of participation. This personal document cannot be sent to the “event contact” of the company sponsoring the participant(s)!

The group cancellation policy is available on request.

CANCELLATIONS must be notified in writing to our agency at least one month before the event. A cancellation fee of 10% will be applied to any refunds granted up to this date. After May 11, no refunds will be possible.

If you are registering a person for further training, please indicate your contact details as “event contact”.
