- Les inscriptions à tarif réduit nécessitent un paiement avant la date limite indiquée pour éviter la facturation automatique du tarif normal
- Pour confirmer votre hébergement, un acompte d’une nuit est obligatoire à la réservation. Le solde doit être réglé au plus tard un mois avant l’événement sans quoi les nuitées impayées seront annulées.

NB: divine [id] doit être informé de toute annulation par écrit un mois avant le début de l’événement au plus tard. Une pénalité administrative de 10% sera appliquée à tout remboursement effectué jusqu'à cette date. A partir d’un mois avant l’événement, aucun remboursement ne sera accordé. Participants’ emails are mandatory to get the certificate of attendance. This document cannot be sent to the « event contact » of the company sponsoring the attendee(s)! You will receive a newsletter including the link to download it the week after the event.
Early bird fees require that the payment be made before the deadline in order to avoid that the registration is automatically amended to the full fee.
To secure your hotel reservation, a one night deposit must be paid upon booking. The balance must be paid no later than one month before the event to avoid cancellation of the unpaid nights.
